Authentic promotional assets

All game imagery on this website is authentic promotional material served by the developer or Steam. Screenshots 01–06 come from the Hood Warfare 2 section on trapstar.games; the directory is /img/5155360/. They were resized and compressed to WebP. The social preview is a crop of screenshot 04. No AI-generated visual assets are used.

The favicon is the original 32×32 Steam game icon converted from JPEG to PNG/ICO. It was not redrawn or replaced with the studio’s separate logo. The official promotional video is hosted locally from the developer’s Hood Warfare 2 video file, with no autoplay.

Game assets and trademarks remain the property of their rights holders, including Trapstar Games. A general reuse license was not found; this site credits the promotional source and does not claim ownership or affiliation.

Evidence boundaries and freshness

We have no verified full weapon roster, damage table, attachment performance chart, complete map list, server tickrate or cross-play announcement. Editorial tips are suggestions, not a record of hands-on gameplay. A missing fact stays missing until a suitable source confirms it.

Prices, player counts and review totals can change. The player-count widget fetches the public Steam endpoint only when requested, shows a timestamp, and reports unavailable results honestly. It is not a server-status monitor. The failed appdetails request in the research phase was not presented as a successful API snapshot.

Template license and modifications

The interface substantially adapts the Unigine Games Website template distributed by codewith-salman, pinned to commit e60e19e8cdebabb8c9376af7429f5a85b423bb9c under Apache-2.0. Original CSS credits codewithsadee. The dark header/container structure, clipped buttons, hero hierarchy and news-card pattern are adapted into Astro components.

Demo images, tournament copy, reveal effects and the purple gradient were replaced with source-checked game content, real images, an orange-gold palette and accessible interactions. LICENSE, NOTICE and the original source excerpts are retained with the project.
